Videon’s Avia Media Player Featured on Netgear’s NeoTV PRIME

State College, PA -- Videon Central, Inc. (Videon), a leading provider of media streaming solutions for the consumer electronics market, announced today that its Avia media player will be pre-installed on Netgear’s line of NeoTV® PRIME streaming devices.

The NeoTV PRIME with Google TV allows users to access live TV, streaming media, and web content with just one player. The Avia app integrates with this system to provide access to the user’s own videos, music, and photos, allowing personal media to be easily viewed.

Since Avia is pre-installed on the new NeoTV PRIME player, it integrates seamlessly. The “My Media” button on the NeoTV PRIME remote control instantly launches Avia, giving users immediate access to all media types.  Through Avia, users can play, manage, and share media from external USB drives or home media servers. Used with NeoTV PRIME’s access to TV and the internet, Avia means that users can truly have everything they might want to watch or listen to easily accessible in one place.

The Avia and Avia Media Player Pro are available for download in the Google Play and Amazon Markets. Avia is also a featured application for Google TV and Sony Select.  For more details on Avia, please visit
